Seaglass Ballroom
Accommodating events for 300+ guests, this spacious and elegant 4,000 square-foot ballroom features wooden floors, custom lighting and a soft, sophisticated color palette warmly complemented by the natural light flooding the space through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Ohana Room
Whether used as a standalone venue for up to 150 guests or a relaxing lounge for guests seeking a breather from the music and revelry in the Seaglass Ballroom, the Ohana Room can be arranged in a range of floor plans.
The Veranda
Adjacent to the Seaglass Ballroom, this unique indoor-outdoor space features lovely green hedges, heated floors, and a louvered ceiling. The isinglass walls keep the space warm during the cooler months and can remain open during the warm summer months.
Aloha Suite
Featuring a wet bar, access to an ADA accessible restroom and AV equipment, this 713 square-foot space is perfect for small meetings, breakouts and private dining events.
Avalon Suite
Equipped with a private balcony, wet bar, two restrooms and AV equipment, this 775 square-foot space is perfect for small meetings, breakouts and private dining events.
Stone Harbor Suite
The 775 square-foot Stone Harbor Suite features a private balcony, wet bar, two restrooms and AV equipment, making it ideal for small meetings, breakouts and private dining events.

New! Ocean View Ballroom
With stunning Atlantic Ocean views our all-new third-floor ballroom can accommodate up to 250 for an open-air cocktail reception or 200 for a seated dinner. Slide open the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy the fresh breeze or step onto the balcony to take in the full view of Diamond Beach! Built-in AV, including retractable screens, makes it perfect for meetings as well. At just under 3500 sqft we can recommend a number of layouts to meet your group's needs.
Aloha Suite
This unique, light-filled space complete with built-in projector & screen, 2 bathrooms, galley kitchen, and Juliet balconies is perfect for board meetings, presentations, intimate wedding receptions, small parties or special events.
The Pavillion
his beautiful 3,000-square-foot tent features a large built-in bar, wood flooring and custom lighting. Offering spectacular beach views, it is ideal for cocktail receptions, dinners, special events, corporate meetings, fitness retreats, and more. Available May – October.
Private Beach
Kissed by the sun and sea, our private white sand beach is a picture-perfect setting for your team building event, wellness classes, a beach barbeque or reception of any size. *Back-up space should be reserved incase of inclement weather.
Coastal Blue
The indoor dining room and outdoor poolside terrace at our Coastal Blue restaurant can seat 60 guests indoors and 70 guests outside for events year around.
The Bespoke Tent
This spacious tent features a plank floor, plus vaulted ceiling & clear sides to maximize the gorgeous views of Diamond Beach and the Atlantic ocean, while still protecting from the elements.
ICONA Cape May Meeting Venues
Aloha Room
367 sq ft, This cozy space in charming ICONA Cape May features built-in AV and is perfect for intimate meetings. Ask about our break out space perfect for snack-breaks or receptions.
Break Out Room
This unique space features a vaulted shiplap ceiling and is filled with natural light. It's the perfect break out space for breakfast, lunch, or a cocktail hour.
